This includes ensuring price stability, maintaining production and supply chains, supporting domestic products, ensuring competitiveness, and resolving chronic structural issues that hinder production, business, or investment. Furthermore, the circular noted the potential for rising temperatures and a prolonged dry season in 2027 due to the El Niño phenomenon. Preparedness for flooding during the current rainy season is also required.
