Two Tropical Cyclone-Like Vortices May Develop in Weeks, PAGASA Says
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced that two tropical cyclone-like vortices (TCLVs) may develop within the next two weeks, in addition to a tropical depression outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). One of these is expected to form over the West Philippine Sea.
