Lotte, Phat Dat Ink Deal for Prime Thu Thiem Eco Smart City Project
Vietnamese real estate developer Phat Dat has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Lotte Properties HCMC, a subsidiary of South Korea's Lotte Group, for the Thu Thiem Eco Smart City project. This project, located in a prime area of Ho Chi Minh City's Thu Thiem district, was previously facing withdrawal by Lotte due to difficulties, but is now set for potential revival with revised terms.
