It has been learned from local residents that the Malikha Waterfall, located in Malikha village, Myitkyina Township, Kachin State, is experiencing a surge in visitors. To reach the Malikha Waterfall, one must travel approximately 20 miles from Myitkyina city along the Myitkyina-Shwebo Union Highway. Upon reaching the Malikha village junction, a further drive of about 3 miles will lead to the foothills. At the foothills, there is a designated area to park motorcycles, with a fee of 2000 Kyats per motorcycle. From the foothills, a walk of approximately one mile along a forest path will lead to the Malikha Waterfall. Currently, among those visiting the Malikha Waterfall, there are many young and middle-aged individuals, and the scenery is described as exceptionally beautiful by visitors. Although the Malikha Waterfall previously saw limited foot traffic due to regional conditions, local residents report that hundreds of people now visit daily.
