Military vessel group sailing up the Chindwin River reaches Monya Alon Myint Daing jetty, urging public to be vigilant

A group of military vessels and civilian boats, loaded with weapons, ammunition, military personnel, and machinery, has continued to sail up the Chindwin River and has docked at the Alon Myint Daing jetty in Monya city, according to local sources and the Chindwin River Bank Village Strike Committee. The vessel group arrived near the Shin Phyu Shin Bridge on July 4th and continued to sail upstream along the Chindwin River. Yesterday, July 4th, flat boats carrying weapons and ammunition and combat warships that sailed up from above the Shin Phyu Shin Bridge continued to navigate upstream from near Sakar village in Sagaing Region, with the first group of 26 flat motorboats and warships, and the second group of 16 vessels docking at the Alon Myint Daing jetty in Monya city. "It is known that the first group of 26 flat motorboats and warships carrying weapons and ammunition, and the second group of 16 vessels, which sailed up the Chindwin River, have docked at the Alon Myint Daing jetty in Monya city," the Chindwin River Bank Village Strike Committee announced. It is known that this group of military vessels departed from the Waterway Office west of 41st Street in Mandalay city, the shipyard, the Peping jetty, the Gawain jetty, and other jetties, fully loaded with weapons, ammunition, and military personnel, to transport them upstream.
