28 Foreigners Suspected of Online Scam Involvement Detained in Battambang
Twenty-eight foreigners suspected of involvement in online scams were apprehended in Cambodia's Battambang province. The group was found gathered at night, with some claiming to be tourists, but their statements were inconsistent.
