New Director Appointed to Kampong Speu Postal and Telecommunication Department
Cambodia's Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications has appointed Ms. Paok Keo Somany as the new Director of the Kampong Speu Provincial Postal and Telecommunication Department. The appointment, replacing Mr. Hout Thoun who has retired, was presided over by Kay Kunheng, Secretary of State of the Ministry, who encouraged the new director and staff to work collaboratively for further achievements.
