Inside, authorities discovered medicine packed in 45 large cases, comprising 120 different types and totaling 23,400 boxes. Upon inspection, it was confirmed that these medicines lacked proper permits and registration. The operation was conducted under the direction of Kandal Provincial Governor Mr. Kuoch Chamroeun, with direct command from Major General Chhoeun Sochet, Provincial Police Commissioner, and procedural coordination by Deputy Prosecutor Mr. Liang Ou of the Kandal Provincial Court. Forces led by Colonel Ly Sochat, Deputy Commissioner of the Economic Crimes Department, collaborated with officials from the Ministry of Health's Pharmaceutical Regulatory Bureau, led by Mr. Ko Tat, to apprehend the driver, Mr. Phoat Sreych, a 37-year-old male from Snuol district, Kratie province.
