Cambodia's irrigation and drainage system rehabilitation project, funded by Japanese ODA, is making progress. The initiative spans Kampot, Kandal, and Takeo provinces, aiming to enhance agricultural productivity, reduce flood damage, and improve farmers' livelihoods.
