Vietravel Airlines Bolsters Fleet with New Airbus A321 for Peak Season

Vietravel Airlines has received a new Airbus A321 aircraft, a move aimed at bolstering its operations for the upcoming year-end peak travel season. This acquisition is seen as a concrete step towards optimizing the airline's domestic network and a testament to its commitment to supporting Lam Dong province's tourism revitalization efforts following airport upgrades, according to a representative for the carrier. The airline currently operates routes connecting major economic and tourism hubs across Vietnam, while also gradually expanding its international footprint. In addition to scheduled services from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to Bangkok, Vietravel Airlines launched charter flights between Hanoi and Lanzhou in China’s Gansu province on June 20. The new route connecting Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City with Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (SZX) is designed to meet the growing demand for travel between the two markets, driven by investment, trade, tourism, and family visits. General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam stressed that economic, trade, and investment cooperation is one of the most important pillars of bilateral relations, directly benefiting businesses and people and contributing to the development of both countries.
