MANILA, Philippines — Subpoenaed bank institutions and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) were assigned to turn over Vice President Sara Duterte’s bank records before the Senate impeachment court at different times on Thursday, Senate Secretary and Impeachment Clerk of Court Renato Bantug said early Thursday.
