Vietnam's 13 Coastal Provinces on Alert for Strong Winds and High Waves
Vietnam's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has instructed 13 coastal provinces to implement emergency measures in response to strong winds and high waves caused by the northeast monsoon. Maximum wind speeds of level 9 and wave heights of 4 meters are expected in the northeastern sea area.
