DOJ: Senate not 'under attack' during May 13 shooting incident; probe eyes obstruction charges

The Philippine Department of Justice has concluded that the Senate was "not under attack" during the May 13 shooting incident. Contrary to initial claims, the incident may have been part of an "orchestrated scheme" to facilitate the escape of a subject, with obstruction of justice charges now being considered.
