Vietnam's National Assembly Committee on Defense and Security and France's National Assembly Committee on National Defense and Armed Forces met in Paris, agreeing to enhance defense and security cooperation. Vietnam and France have agreed to further deepen cooperation in the defense and security sectors. During a meeting held in Paris on July 10, Lieutenant General Le Tan Toi, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Defense and Security, and Jean-Michel Jacques, Chairman of the National Defense and Armed Forces Committee of the French National Assembly, confirmed strengthened cooperation across a wide range of fields.
