Philippines to See Lower Electricity Bills in May as NGCP Adjusts Transmission Rates Downward

Filipino electricity consumers can expect a reduction in their bills in May due to a decrease in transmission rates. The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) announced an average transmission rate decline of 9.33% to P1.4492 per kWh from April.
