FILRT said Festival Main Mall helped lift first-half occupancy to 87 percent, up six percentage points year-on-year despite softer office rents.The portfolio includes 17 office buildings, one mall and one resort lot, with 452,310 square meters of gross leasable area. Office assets account for 61 percent of the portfolio, followed by retail at 32 percent and hospitality at 7 percent. Office occupancy averaged 80 percent in the first half, with multinational BPO firms taking up 85 percent of leased space. FILRT secured 5,964 sq m of new leases by end-June from new tenants and expansions within Northgate Cyberzone. Meanwhile, FILRT renewed or secured letters of intent for 49 percent of leases expiring this year, totaling 20,689 sq m. Its weighted average lease expiry stood at 13.95 years. The board declared a quarterly cash dividend of P0.06 per share, payable on Sept. 1 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 20.
