Cambodian Red Cross Provides Humanitarian Aid to Construction Workers in Phnom Penh

Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross (CRC), met with 86 construction workers in Phnom Penh on Monday afternoon to extend humanitarian assistance and offer moral support. The aid distribution took place at the Moni Sovann Pagoda (commonly known as Wat Champuos Kaek) in Sangkat Prek Thmey, Khan Chbar Ampov, where the workers are currently constructing a new meeting hall. The event was presided over by Venerable Samdech Preah Maha Sumetheathipadei Kittipundit Am Lim Heng, Great Supreme Patriarch of the Mohanikaya Order of Cambodia and Inspector General of National Buddhist Education, who delivered blessings to all attendees. Each of the 86 workers received two traditional sarongs and 100,000 Riel (approximately US$25) directly provided by Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany Hun Sen to help relieve their daily living expenses. Expressing their gratitude, the workers offered traditional blessings for the continued health and longevity of Samdech Bun Rany Hun Sen and Senate President Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen.
