Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam, has elected Nguyen Hong Duong as the new Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council with 100% of the vote. Bui Manh Hung was also elected as a member of the Provincial People's Committee. The session also discussed plans to transform Quang Ninh Province into a centrally-governed city.
