Kandal Province Offers Reward for Information on Online Scam Operations
Kandal Province Governor Kouch Chamroeun has pledged a reward of 2 million Riel (approximately $500 USD) and guaranteed confidentiality for citizens providing information on the locations and activities of online scam operations within the province, as part of efforts to eradicate such criminal enterprises.
