Hanoi Construction Corporation (Hancorp) has temporarily suspended its Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Đậu Văn Diện. The decision was reported by the company to the Hanoi Stock Exchange on July 1. Mr. Đậu Văn Diện's suspension from his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hancorp is effective from June 29 until a replacement is appointed. Hancorp did not provide reasons for this suspension. Born in 1968, Mr. Diện holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and joined Hancorp in 2014. He became Chairman of the Board of Directors in March 2021. Mr. Nguyễn Minh Cương, a member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director, has been temporarily assigned to lead the Hancorp Board of Directors. Hancorp, a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Construction, was established in 1982. In 2014, it transitioned to a joint-stock company model with a charter capital exceeding VND 1.41 trillion. Two years later, Hancorp's shares (HAN) were registered for trading on UPCoM. The company is currently active in real estate, construction, investment, services, and industrial production. Hancorp is also one of the 10 members of the Vietur consortium, which is participating in a VND 35 trillion bid to construct and equip the passenger terminal at Long Thanh International Airport. As of 2025, Hancorp has over 4,000 employees. Its total assets reached VND 6.43 trillion by the end of 2024, with average annual revenue between 2020 and 2024 standing at approximately VND 3.5 trillion.
