Cambodia Extends Sub-National Fund to Commune Level for Local Development
Cambodia is expanding its Sub-National Administration Investment Fund to commune and sangkat levels to boost local infrastructure and grassroots governance. The decision, made in December 2025, will be supported by a new Solidarity Fund starting in 2027, enhancing fiscal support for local administrations.
