MANILA, Philippines — Parts of Tarlac, Zambales and Pampanga remain under a red rainfall warning as of Sunday evening, while an orange and yellow rainfall warnings are in effect in 15 other areas of Luzon, according to the state weather bureau, The the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) in its 2 p.m. update.
