Cambodian Officials Deny Origin of 1.3 Ton Drugs Seized in Indonesia

Cambodian authorities have asserted that over 1.3 tons of illicit drugs seized in Indonesia did not originate from Cambodia. Officials believe the drugs were trafficked from the Golden Triangle region to Thailand, and then onward to Indonesia. They suggested that the Cambodian script on the rice sacks used for packaging was an attempt by criminals to frame Cambodia.
