Hanoi Resumes Long-Delayed Road Project After 23 Years
Hanoi is resuming the Nguyen Canh Di extension road project within the North Dai Kim expanded new urban area, stalled for 23 years. Under strong direction from the City Party Committee and People's Committee, completion is targeted for Q3 2026.
