Vietnam to Launch National Housing and Real Estate Market Information System on July 1

Vietnam is scheduled to launch a national housing and real estate market information system on July 1, assigning each property a unique identification code to improve market transparency, enhance state management and curb speculation, according to the Ministry of Construction. This initiative is expected to bridge information gaps in the real estate market, fostering a more efficient and transparent transaction environment. The introduction of unique IDs will enable better property history management, clearer ownership records, and more accurate collection of market data.
