Phnom Penh's Dangkao District Clears 790 Meters of Canal Ahead of Rainy Season
Dangkao District in Phnom Penh is progressing with canal cleaning efforts to mitigate flooding during the upcoming rainy season. As of July 8, 2026, 790 meters of the Mal Canal have been cleared of mud and waste since work began on June 25, aiming for a total length of 3300 meters.
