7% of Indonesia's Workforce Categorized as Underemployed in Feb 2026

Indonesia's BPS reports that 7.27% of the workforce is underemployed as of February 2026. While the open unemployment rate dropped to 4.68%, structural challenges remain, particularly high youth unemployment and difficulties faced by vocational school graduates in the labor market.
