Initial investigations by the Vinh Long Provincial Police have concluded that Khoa's actions caused significant damage to the victim's honor, dignity, and professional life. He has been detained and is facing charges under Article 155 of the Penal Code for "Insulting Others." They advise against using social media for defamation or invasion of privacy.
