Phnom Penh Authorities Crack Down on Illegal Thai Frozen Meat Imports, Shutting Down 12 Warehouses and Detaining 3 Individuals
Phnom Penh authorities inspected 107 warehouses suspected of illegally storing and distributing frozen meat imported from Thailand. Over four days, 12 warehouses were temporarily shut down, and three individuals were detained for questioning. Seized items included coffee, syrup, milk powder, and frozen squid tentacles and chicken feet.
