ABS-CBN Shareholders Approve P6 Billion Placement from Lopez Family and New Investor

Philippine media giant ABS-CBN has received shareholder approval for a P6 billion placement from the Lopez family and a new investor. This will increase the company's authorized shares and board seats, with new investor I&C Holdings Corp. injecting P3.5 billion and Lopez family entities contributing P2.5 billion.
