Vietnam, US Aim for Early Fair, Balanced Trade Pact

Vietnam and the US are making positive progress toward an early conclusion of a fair and balanced reciprocal trade agreement, creating a stable, long-term framework for bilateral economic ties, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
