Cambodia Prosecutes Man for Extortion Using Fake Leader Profile
Cambodia's Phnom Penh prosecutor has charged a man for using a fake Telegram account with a national leader's photo to threaten and extort money from victims. The suspect is alleged to have committed around 50 fraudulent acts, extorting over $110,000.
