PHNOM PENH, Sept 10, 2026 (KPT) — Cambodia and Uruguay have pledged to strengthen bilateral relations as Uruguay’s newly appointed ambassador presented his credentials to Acting Head of State Samdech Techo Hun Sen, officials said Thursday.
