LTO Permanently Revokes License of Driver in Mandaluyong Hit-and-Run
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has permanently revoked the driver's license of an individual involved in a hit-and-run incident in Mandaluyong City. The agency had previously issued a show-cause order to the driver and registered owner of the vehicle.
