Vietnamese-American Convicted of Trafficking Three Children
A Vietnamese-American man has been sentenced to 11 years in prison by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court for illegally purchasing and attempting to traffic three children abroad. Accomplices also received convictions for similar offenses.
