Legarda welcome to rejoin majority if back in PH -- Lacson
Senator Panfilo Lacson stated that Senator Loren Legarda is welcome to rejoin the Senate majority bloc, but stressed her need to return to the Philippines first. Legarda is currently on medical leave in France and faces graft charges with her son.
