Hanoi Approves Ambitious Red River Landscape Boulevard Project
The Hanoi People's Council has approved a massive Red River landscape boulevard project with an estimated investment of 737 trillion VND. Spanning 11,400 hectares, the development aims to reshape urban space and infrastructure, with implementation scheduled from 2026 to 2038.
