149 Bulacan villages inundated by high tide, rain
As of noon yesterday, 149 barangays in Bulacan remained flooded due to high tide in Manila Bay and intermittent heavy rains. Over 20,000 residents are in evacuation centers. Dam water levels are also fluctuating, with some releasing water.
