PNP Chief Orders Intensified Coordination Against Animal Cruelty
Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. has directed all police units nationwide to strengthen coordination with relevant authorities and intensify their response against animal cruelty, following a visit from an animal welfare group.
