Kandal provincial authorities re-inspected three casino and business sites in Leuk Dek district, Kandal province, and re-sealed portions of their seals that had been damaged. While the damage was attributed to natural causes, the authorities reaffirmed the strict adherence to legal procedures.
On the morning of July 6, 2026, Mr. Hak Sokmora, Deputy Governor of Kandal Province, led a joint provincial working group, including a deputy prosecutor from the provincial court, law enforcement forces, and relevant ministries and departments, to inspect and re-seal three business and casino locations in Leuk Dek District, Kandal Province. The three locations inspected and re-sealed were Diamond Stone Casino, Star State Casino, and KSBP Management Co., Ltd. All are situated in Korm Som village, Korm Som commune, Leuk Dek district, Kandal province. During the on-site inspection, the joint working group found that some of the previously affixed seals had been torn and peeled off due to natural factors such as rain and wind. No significant changes or human interference were observed in the surrounding areas or within the premises.
