Low-Pressure Area Forms in East Sea, Northern Vietnam Braces for Heavy Rainfall

Northern and North-Central Vietnam are expected to experience heavy rainfall from the night of August 17th due to the influence of a tropical low-pressure system and a tropical convergence zone. A new low-pressure area has also formed in the East Sea, necessitating caution against strong winds and high waves along coastal areas.
