Thailand Partners with Incheon Airport to Enhance Aviation Personnel Development

The Agency for the Development of Aviation Personnel (AADT) of Thailand has signed a cooperation agreement with the Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) of South Korea, aiming to enhance personnel development capabilities in the aviation sector. This partnership is intended to improve the quality of aviation personnel training in Thailand and strengthen its international competitiveness. Specifically, both organizations will focus on sharing expertise and practical skills in various fields, including the latest aviation technologies, flight operations management, and airport operations. The AADT plans to deepen its collaboration with aviation-related universities and vocational schools within Thailand to improve curricula and expand training programs for instructors. Furthermore, by leveraging the extensive experience and know-how of IIAC in international airport operations, the goal is to contribute to the efficiency of airport operations and the improvement of service quality in Thailand. This agreement is drawing attention as it supports the Thai government's initiative to develop Thailand into an aviation hub. By building an international talent development network, the aim is to establish Thailand as a center for aviation personnel development in Southeast Asia.
