Quang Ninh Sets Ambitious Targets for Breakthrough Development by 2030

Quang Ninh Province in northern Vietnam has set ambitious targets to achieve a breakthrough development by 2030, focusing on infrastructure, economic growth, and human resource training. A Quang Ninh official praised the collaboration between Siemens Mobility and VinSpeed in developing the Hanoi–Quang Ninh high-speed railway, expressing hope that the project will pave the way for future cooperation in modern railway development and workforce training.
