ERC, NGCP ink deal to end fee disputes

The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) have reached a compromise agreement to resolve long-standing disputes over permit and regulatory fees, fostering greater regulatory certainty and serving the public interest.
