Cambodia Offers 3,000 Scholarships for Poor Youth in 22 Vocational Fields
The National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC) announced it will provide 3,000 scholarships to youth from poor and vulnerable families for vocational training in 22 fields. This initiative is part of Prime Minister Hun Manet's program to train 1.5 million young people.
