BEM Transforms MRT Stations into Exam Prep Centers for Students

Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited (BEM), the operator of the Bangkok Metro (MRT), has launched a new service that transforms MRT stations into satellite venues for the "Next Station" exam preparation center. This initiative aims to provide convenient study spaces for students preparing for university entrance examinations. Through this collaboration, students will be able to utilize MRT station premises for their preparatory studies, including for the Pre-TCAS (Thai University Central Admission System) exams. BEM seeks to enhance convenience for exam candidates by offering the public spaces within stations as venues that cater to students' learning needs. This initiative highlights the potential for urban public transportation systems to evolve beyond mere transportation providers into platforms that address the diverse needs of the community. Particularly during exam seasons, offering learning opportunities within stations can help students optimize their study time and reduce the burden of travel.
