'Ka Amihan,' NPA's Caraga voice, seeks new life after surrender

For about a decade, the aliases 'Ka Amihan' and 'Sandara' were the voice of the communist rebels in the Caraga region (Region 13). The woman behind those aliases, former Northeastern Mindanao Regional Committee (NERMC) secretary Elena Estaniel Rambuyon, 56, has surrendered to the Army’s 3rd Special Forces Battalion.
