The military junta's invitation to political dialogue has not yet shown a willingness to resolve political problems through political means, said Salai Kep Chin Thang, Secretary of the Chin State Council (CC). According to a statement released after the Chin State Council's meeting, it is stated that if the military junta wants to find a political solution, it should first implement four initial conditions: stop airstrikes on civilians, allow humanitarian aid to be freely delivered to war refugees, stop forced conscription, and release all political prisoners unconditionally.
