According to a statement released after the Chin State Council's meeting, it is stated that if the military junta wants to find a political solution, it should first implement four initial conditions: stop airstrikes on civilians, allow humanitarian aid to be freely delivered to war refugees, stop forced conscription, and release all political prisoners unconditionally.
