A tragic fire incident has occurred at the PT Evyap Sabun Indonesia factory located in Sei Mangkei Village, Bosar Maligas District, Simalungun Regency, near Medan, resulting in the deaths of three contract workers. The fire claimed the lives of three contract workers at the scene. Fortunately, there have been no reports of other injured individuals requiring intensive hospital care. As a preventive and corrective measure to avoid similar incidents, the company's management plans to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of all vendors working with them and to tighten the operational supervision system in the field. "We are currently evaluating the impact of this incident on the company's operational activities and are taking necessary steps to support operational continuity, while keeping safety as the primary consideration," explained Farid.
