Cavite, Quezon Localities Face Danger-Level Heat Index Despite Rains

Despite ongoing rains from the southwest monsoon, two localities in the Philippines, Imus City in Cavite and Atimonan in Quezon, recorded dangerously high heat index levels on Saturday.
